Savant to acquire $321 million RIA firm

Savant Wealth Management, a Rockford, Illinois-based registered investment adviser managing $11 billion, will acquire Treybourne Wealth Planners, a Greenwood, Indiana-based RIA managing $321 million.

Terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close at the end of August, were not disclosed.

Treybourne principals Martin Armbruster and Stephanie Willison will join Savants group of member owners.
