BNY Mellon Pershing unveiled the next generation of its wealth management technology at the custodians annual INSITE conference this week in Grapevine, Texas.
Pershing has redesigned its NetX360 software with a new user interface that allows for more customization and provides search results driven by machine learning algorithms, data insights based on client behavior that highlight next best actions for advisers, and digital training modules. Perhaps taking a page from consumer streaming services, Pershing has also rebranded the technology suite as NetX360+.
NetX360 works with you as a personal digital partner the more you engage with it, the more it will provide a curated experience, including insights tailored just for you, Tim Foley, Pershings managing director of technology, said in a statement. It’s extremely powerful, spotlighting better ways to serve your clients and targeted opportunities to grow your business.”
The custodian also updated its integration portal to help fintech companies build bidirectional data synchronization with Pershing. New APIs give third parties direct access to Pershings full clearing and custody platform and support real-time orders, workflow, activity rules, approvals and reporting, said Ram Nagappan, Pershing’s chief information officer.
Integration is an ongoing area of focus for Pershing. In October, BNY Mellon launched Pershing X, a new business unit dedicated to building and buying technology to create an improved user experience for advisers and clients.
